1-kanal plots in the first six phases of Dha Lahore remained stable with a slight increase of 1.56%, with 10-Marla plots reamin stabl at a similar 3.74%.
Phases VII-IX despite their better performance in most months individually, were even more firmly stable with 10-Marla plot changing by 0.40% and 1-kanal plots by0.59%.
